Bryn Celli Ddu – The Dark Grove

The Dark Grove on The Isle of Anglesey close by to a small brook has long been a place of worship for local Druids. In the centre of the chamber is a petrified tree sages and kings have made ritual here with buried oxen, drumming and song. Renewal at summer solstice as the sun hits the inside of the chamber is celebrated by The Anglesey Druids to this day.
